rise with aster is an independent flower essence practice run by Esther, offering consultations and personalised First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® blends. By booking a session or purchasing a blend, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you book.

1. Bookings & payment

Sessions are arranged over WhatsApp. Once we agree a time, full payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices are in Singapore dollars and include shipping of your blend within Singapore. Your session is only held in the calendar once payment is received.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please message me on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your session and we will find another slot at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable. If I need to reschedule for any reason, you may choose a new time or a full refund.

3. Blends & shipping

Each blend is made individually after your session and posted to your address in Singapore, usually arriving within two to four working days. Because blends are personalised and perishable, they cannot be returned or refunded once made. If a bottle arrives damaged or faulty, message me within 3 days and I will replace it. International shipping is arranged case by case and quoted separately.

4. Nature of the service

Flower essences are gentle vibrational preparations intended to support emotional balance, reflection and wellbeing. They are not medicines, and this service is not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing offered here is a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. If you are unwell or under professional care, please continue it and consult your practitioner before making any changes. Sessions are for adults; results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property

First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® and First Light® are registered trademarks of their owner; rise with aster is an independent practice and is not the trademark owner. All writing, images and materials on this site belong to rise with aster and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rise with aster is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the essences or reliance on information provided during a session. You take the essences at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions.

7. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions about these terms, or anything else, are welcome over WhatsApp.
